China Semiconductor Technology International Conference (CSTIC) 2014
Plan now to participate at CSTIC 2014, one of the largest and the most comprehensive annual semiconductor technology conferences in China. Organized by SEMI and ECS, co-organized by China's High-Tech Expert Committee (CHTEC), and co-sponsored by IEEE-EDS, MRS and the China Electronics Materials Industry Association, CSTIC 2014 will be held March 16-17, 2014 in Shanghai, China, in conjunction with SEMICON China 2014. The conference will cover all aspects of semiconductor technology and manufacturing, including devices, design, lithography, integration, materials, processes, and manufacturing, as well as emerging semiconductor technologies and silicon material applications. Hot topics, such as 3D integration, III-V semiconductors, carbon nano-electronics, LEDs, MEMS and Photovoltaic Technology will also be addressed in the conference. (CPTIC 2014 has joined CSTIC 2014 as Symposium XII)
