个人简介 / Biography 李允立博士现为錼创科技的执行长暨创始人。錼创科技创立于 2014年，致力于开发采用 MicroLED 的创新显示技术。 MicroLED 显示屏是具有超高亮度、解析度、高对比、开口率、反应速度，以及超低功耗的显示屏。 李博士1995年毕业于台大物理系，之后赴美国波士顿大学攻读硕士及博士，师事于Prof. Fred Schubert，从事有关氮化镓(GaN) 半导体之材料与元件，特别是发光二极体(LED)与固态半导体照明的研究。李博士于2002年跟随Prof. Schubert 一起转校到壬色列理工学院(Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, RPI)，并于2003年获得RPI博士学位。 Dr. Yun-Li Li is CEO and co-founder of PlayNitride, Inc., a company founded in 2014 and provides ODM services of MicroLED technology for next generation high performance display technology, which can be applied for high performance displays with very high resolution, high contrast ratio, high aperture ratio, fast response, and very low power consumption. Dr. Li received his Ph.D. degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (USA) with Prof. Fred Schubert in 2003. Dr. Li's Ph.D. work focused on gallium nitride (GaN) light-emitting devices and solid state lighting applications. |
