个人简介 / Biography

肖劲戈，毕业于四川大学环境工程专业，工学硕士。1998年进入信息产业电子第十一设计研究院科技工程股份有限公司工作，历任工程师、高级工程师、教授级高级工程师，现任院技术总监，给排水专业首席专家。

肖劲戈先生一直从事微电子工厂厂务系统（给排水、超纯水、废水系统等）设计、环评和项目管理工作。参与了数十项重大工程设计，先后获得全国优秀勘察设计奖金奖1次，省部级优秀工程设计一等奖3次，省部级优秀工程设计三等奖1次，中国电子信息产业集团公司科学技术进步奖三等奖1次，工业和信息化部优秀工程咨询成果一等奖1次。他作为现场经理完成的“909升级改造上海华力微电子建设12英寸集成电路芯片生产线项目”先后荣获四川省优秀工程总承包项目金钥匙奖1次，中国勘察设计协会总承包银钥匙奖1次。

在工程设计之余，肖劲戈先生参与众多微电子工厂设计、施工规范的编写，其中主编有：
《电子工业纯水系统设计规范》GB 50685-2011
《电子工业废水处理工程设计标准》（报批稿）
《工业纯水系统通用规范》（在编）

Mr.Jingge Xiao has earned Master of Engineering in Environment Engineering at Sichuan University. He started working at The IT Electronics Eleventh Design & Research Institute Scientific and Technological Engineering Corporation Limited in 1998. He worked as engineer, senior engineer, and professor level senior engineer. Now he is the technical director at the company and the Chief Expert in drainage.

Mr. Jingge Xiao has been working on the design, EIA, and project management of the Microelectronics factory plant management system(Drainage, ultra-pure water, wastewater system, etc.). He participated in dozens of major engineering designs and won National Excellent Survey and Design Gold Award once, First prize of provincial and ministerial excellent engineering design three times, Third Prize of China Electronics Corporation Science and Technology Progress Award once, and First Prize of Excellent Engineering Consulting Achievement of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology once. As the site manager, his ”909 upgrade and transformation of Shanghai Huali Microelectronics to build a 12-inch integrated circuit chip production line project” won Golden Key Award of Sichuan Excellent Engineering Project of General Contracting Project once and China Survey and Design Association General Contracting project Silver Key Award once.

Outside of Engineering Design, Mr.Jingge Xiao participated in the editing and writing of many Microelectronics plant design and construction code, he is the editor in chief of the following:
“Electronic industry pure water system design code” GB50685-2011
“Electronic industry wastewater treatment engineering design code” (For Approval)
“General specifications for industrial pure water systems” (Being edited)
