From upstream like sapphire material, MO precursor, chip to the backend applications, more and more companies claimed to quit from market or were forced to go bankrupt. On the other hand, the integration and M&A(mergers and acquisitions )become the most significant trends in the industry, where Chinese companies play a leading role in the global M&A. GSR Ventures led consortium to acquire Philips Lumileds with deal of US$3.3 billion ,then FACS acquired a famous global lighting applications and channel vendors-Sylvania, China LED industry is changing its role from "Made in China" into a new era of "Global distribution"
