The integrated circuit industry, known as the "food" of modern industry, is of great importance. In the past decade, China's integrated circuit industry has achieved rapid development under the dual-wheel drive of funds and policies. However, a problem that cannot be ignored has also emerged: the lagging development of talents. Inter-enterprise talent poaching, scarcity of high-quality talents, long training cycle, inadequate training system and etc. These problems are like mountains, restricting the further growth of China's integrated circuit industry.
To solve this problem, SEMI plans to hold the SEMI WFD CXO Talent Forum on March 22, 2024 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. at the Pudong Hall 5 of the Kerry Hotel in Pudong, Shanghai. This forum will invite executives from the industry and representatives from academia to jointly discuss the talent development issues in China's integrated circuit industry and provide advice for the future of the industry.
This is a gathering of ideas, a rallying point for the future of China's integrated circuit industry. We look forward to your participation and together contribute to the future of China's integrated circuit industry.
