讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Yifan Guo received his PhD in Engineering Science & Mechanics from the United States in 1988. He worked for many years in world-renowned high-tech companies such as IBM, Motorola, Skyworks and ASE. Dr. Guo obtained his MBA degree in the United States in 2005 and is currently the executive vice president of Yibu Semiconductor. Dr. Guo has published more than 200 papers in renowned journals and international conferences. He has co-authored and published 7 professional books and served as a professor and adjunct professor at three universities in the United States. He was elected as an IEEE Fellow in 2019. Dr. Guo has more than 30 years of teaching, research, manufacturing and management experience in the field of semiconductor packaging and is a well-known expert in this field. |
