Wenchao Liu currently serves as vice president of Primarius Technologies, responsible for engineering solution. Prior to joining Primarius, he was the director of technology platform at UNISOC from 2018 to 2019. Previously from 2009 to 2018, he also served as Senior Member of Technical Staff at Chartered Semiconductors and GLOBALFOUNDRIES Singapore. From 2005 to 2009, he worked as a principal engineer at IBM semiconductor research center in Burlington, U.S.A. (Assigned with International Semiconductor Development Alliance program). He has published dozens of technical papers and patents in semiconductor field.
Dr. Liu holds a Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics from Chinese Academy of Sciences.
