Biography Yun-Li (Charles) Li is currently the CEO of PlayNitride Inc., a design house of Nitride-based devices and systems. Li received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from National Taiwan University in 1995. After two-year military service, he moved to United States to pursue his graduate studies. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2003 under the advisement of Prof. Fred Schubert. PlayNitride Inc., founded in 2014, is the first fabless Nitride-material-based design house in Taiwan. The company focuses on innovation and integration of Nitride-material-related technologies. |
