Dr. Dewen Zhao is an Assistant Professor in Tsinghua University, and the technical director in Hwatsing Technology. He has been focused on CMP equipment development and its fundamental theory study for about ten years. He has published more than 20 papers and 20 authorized patents. His research interests include CMP equipment, process and Tribology.
