With the vigorous development of the global semiconductor industry, especially driven by new energy vehicles, 5G/6G, autonomous driving, artificial intelligence and other fields, the demand for the semiconductor market is increasingly strong. However, while China's integrated circuit industry is developing rapidly, it also faces problems such as scarce high-quality talents, long talent training cycles, and a lack of talent training systems. In order to overcome these talent bottlenecks, SEMI has launched Workforce Development and collaborated with enterprises, academia, and government departments to jointly promote talent attraction, cultivation, and retention in the semiconductor industry. SEMI Workforce CXO Talent Forum is an important event under this program, aimed at inviting industry executives and academic representatives to jointly explore talent development issues in China's integrated circuit industry and provide strategies for the future of the industry.
SEMI Workforce CXO Talent Forum will be held on March 28, 2025 from 9:30-12:00 am in Pudong Ballroom 5 of Kerry Hotel Pudong, Shanghai. This forum will invite executives from the industry and representatives from academia to jointly explore the talent development issues in China's integrated circuit industry and provide strategies for the future of the industry
This is a gathering of ideas, a rallying point for the future of China's integrated circuit industry. We look forward to your participation and together contribute to the future of China's integrated circuit industry.
