Dr. Yuxin Yang is the Senior Manager for Ion Beam Etching Department at Leuven Instruments. He received his Ph.D. degree from Princeton University in 2018, working on plasma surface interactions in Tokamak reactors. While at Leuven Instruments, he has focused on developing Ion Beam Etching and its advanced applications. |
