Ms. Lijuan Zhang has nearly 20 years experience in Semiconductor CMP area. She founded China's first CMP pad manufacturing company, who had been took the "14-20nm polishing pads develop and manufacturing" project, which had an abbreviated form name "02 Special Project". She has the significant impact on CMP polishing pad technological development and innovation in China. Ms. Lijuan Zhang is currently the chairman of Shanghai XinQian Semiconductor Co.,Ltd. |
