Dr. Chenyu Wang is currently Senior Director of Applied Materials China, with responsibility of leading China technology team to provide advanced technology support on foundry, DRAM, CIS, power, MEMS and compound semiconductor devices to many domestic customers in China. Dr. Wang has over 20 years of experience in semiconductor industry, he has been working on multiple products and has rich experience on materials engineering solutions for FEOL, epitaxy, thin film processes, as well as logic and memory devices technologies. Dr. Wang has a B.S., M.S. and a Ph.D. degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Jilin University. He has more than 30 peer-reviewed technical publications and conference papers. |
