Prof. Ye Lu holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Pennsylvania, USA. Prof. Lu had been a senior R&D engineer with Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon, USA from 2011 to 2016, and he was a staff R&D engineer with Qualcomm in San Diego, California, USA between 2016 and 2019. Prof. Lu’s expertise includes advanced technology development，device compact modeling, and design technology co-optimization (DTCO). Prof. Lu joined Fudan University, China as a full professor in the early 2020. Prof. Lu has published numerous papers on first class journals such as Science, IEEE Electron Devices Letters etc, and also in leading conference such as ACM/IEEE DAC. These papers have been cited more than 3000 times worldwide. Prof. Lu also holds more than 32 awarded U.S. patents. Prof. Lu’s current research interests include semiconductor device design and fabrication, device modeling and electronic design automation (EDA). |
