Ming He is currently an Assistant Professor at Peking University. His research interests include Novel Information Materials and Devices, Semiconductor Physics, and Neuromorphic Electronics. He has published over 40 papers in high-profile journals and conferences such as Nature Communications, IEEE IEDM, IEEE EDTM, and IEEE EDL etc. as well as edited 1 book and 2 book chapters. His papers have been cited > 3900 times, with an H-index of 24. He was invited to give > 10 invited talks on international conferences. He serves as a TPC member for 2 international conferences, and the Associate Editor for Energy & Environmental Materials.
