Dr. Yongyou (Clark) CAO, an expert on micro-contamination control & reduction for semiconductor equipment components, serves as General Manager of Advanced Materials Research Center, Beijing Naura Microelectronics, China. He has successively served as General Manager of Supply Chain Technology Development Center, Director of Advanced Materials Research Center, Director of Supply Chain Engineering Technology Department, Director of the Supply Chain Planning Department, and Mechanical Engineer of the Etch BU, Naura.
He has been hired as the tenured expert for SEMI Global Standards Program, served as the member of SEMI China Standards Sustainable Development Committee, assisting the coordinated development of equipment, components and materials of semiconductor industry chain, and also served as China representative of SEMI International Standards Committee Audits&Review Subcommittee (ISC A&R SC), responsible for review of SEMI global semiconductor standard procedures.
He received Ph.D. degree from Department of Mechanical Engineering and School of Materials, Tsinghua University in 2015, and B.S. degree from Jilin University in 2009. He has published 11 papers (6 SCIs), 7 patents.
