Zhuoqing Yang is a full professor at Department of Micro/Nano Electronics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). His research interests include MEMS, micro-energy, TSV/TGV package and flexible electronic devices. He has published more than 120 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers. He served in the technical program committee of APCOT 2022/2023, IEEE NEMS 2021 and IEEE ICET 2021/2022 conferecnes, etc. He received the Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics from SJTU in 2010. From 2011 to 2013, he was awarded a prestigious JSPS Post-Doctoral Fellow and worked at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) in Tsukuba, Japan.
