Dr. Paul-Chang Lin Semiconductor Global Solutions(SGS), China |

Dr. Paul-Chang Lin is now the BU3 General Manager of Semiconductor Global Solutions. Prior to joining Semiconductor Global Solutions(SGS), he worked for Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp. (Shanghai) and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp. (TSMC). Dr. Lin has more than 10 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry and has in-depth expertise in CMP, Thin Film and Cu Plating technology. He has more than 10 issued and pending patents and over 50 authored/co-authored technical papers in semiconductor manufacturing and processing areas. He is currently the committee member of China Semiconductor Technology International Conference 2012 (CSTIC-2012). Mr. Lin received B.S. in Chemical Engineering and M.S. in Electro-Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University in 1996 and 1998 respectively. He also attained MBA of Global Management Track in AEMBA (Antai College of Economic&Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University-Euromed Marseille Ecole de Management, France) in 2007. Currently he is studying for Ph.D. in Shanghai Fudan University, major in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics. |
