Woo-Hee Kim is an assistant professor of Materials Science and Chemical Engineering at Hanyang University, South Korea. He received his B.S. from Hanyang University and Ph.D. from POSTECH in department of materials science and engineering, South Korea. He served his postdoctoral course at Stanford University in department of chemical engineering, United States. Also, he worked at Samsung Electronics in South Korea and Micron Technology in United States as a senior engineer before he joined the faculty of Chonbuk National University. His current researches mainly focus on fabrication of novel nanodevices and nanostructures with atomic scale surface engineering; atomic layer deposition and atomic layer etching aiming for next-generation nanoelectronics.
