Sean Chang received his Ph.D. in chemical engineering from University of Maryland at College Park in United States. He has more than 20 years of industry experience in semiconductor thin film equipment and process development. He has been with PIOTECH since 2011, and currently holds the position of CTO and Vice President of New Technology Center.
Prior to PIOTECH, Dr. Chang was the Sr. Technology Manager with Novellus for 11 years, responsible for equipment and process development of PECVD low-k, UV curing, and ALD W / WN. He holds more than 20 patents, and has authored or co-authored over 20 technical papers.
