Ying Huang: has received his M.S degree in Southeast University (Nanjing, China). Ying joined Huajing Micro Electronic Company (Wuxi) in 1987, worked for high power transistor / power IC integration and yield improvement. In 2000, he joined 1st Silicon Malaysia in charge of 0.25um logic technology transfer and integration flow set up. In 2002 he joined Applied Material (China) for etch process support.
