Wensheng Qian, Professor, born on 4 July,1968. Received Ph.D on Microelectronics in Dec. 1996. Worked in Shanghai Huahong Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation since 2003. Be acting as director of Device Design Division. Won Second Class Prizes of The State Scientific and Technological Progress Award. |
