Dr. Zhimin Zhu

Zhimin Zhu enrolled in Xiamen Univ. in 1977, and received his first PhD of physics from Fudan Univ. (1989), and the second PhD of microwave photonics from UCL, Belgium (1996). He has been working on logic device circuit design and terabit fiber optic communication. Currently he has been working for Brewer Science Inc. on electric material application and lithography since 2004 and has 20 more publications in the area. The major contribution is a new concept of lithography based on molecular force and stochastic theory, which drastically improve patterning capability.
