He is the Vice President of JSR(Shanghai)Co,.Ltd. and have responsibility for semiconductor materials business in China region. He graduated from Kyoto University in 1997 and got doctor degree of organic chemistry at the graduated Kyoto University in 2002. He spends entire 19 years carrier in JSR R&D and business section for semiconductor chemical materials such as photo-resist for frond-end and packaging wafer processes.
