Dr. Dongchen Che is the senior process manager of Leuven Instruments, Jiangsu, China. He received his B. S. degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Donghua University in 2010 and received his Ph.D. degree in Materials Science from Donghua University in 2016. His research has been on semiconductor materials for bio-labeling during in Donghua university. In Leuven Instruments, his work focus on dry etch for MTJ patterning.
