Takumi Mikawa joined Kyoto Research Institute, Matsushita Electric Corporation, Japan in 1994. He had been engaged in process development of FeRAM. Since 2005, he started the development of ReRAM in R&D division, Panasonic Corporation. Now he has been working on the development of embedded ReRAM and neuromorphic computing in Panasonic Semiconductor Solution Co., Ltd, as a technical leader of collaboration. He is a patent attorney and he covers ReRAM IP business. Since this April, as a visiting professor, he has been also teaching intellectual property related to industry-academia collaboration at Wakayama University. |
