Dr. Huanfeng Zhu has been working at Novellus Systems and Lam Research Corp. since Aug 2010 as a process engineer and Key Account Technologist to support Taiwan and mainland China’s Foundry, Memory, IDM and OSAT customers. He has been working on BEOL Cu, MOL Co, TSV and Wafer Level Packaging areas. He received his Ph. D. degree from Case Western Reserve University in 2010 in electrochemistry, his Bachelor and Master degrees from Tongji University in 1996 and 2003, respectively, in the field of analytical chemistry. His research fields covered a wide range of electrochemistry, including in-situ spectroscopy technique development, electrodeposition, electrochemistry of semiconductor and simulation using COMSOL to understand some phenomena in electrochemistry. More than 30 papers, meeting abstracts and patents were published.
