Abdelkarim Mercha received a Ph.D. degree in microelectronics from the University of Caen in 2000. He is currently with the Process Technology Unit, IMEC, as the Technical Director for the CMOS technology platforms. He is a journal editor and served as committee member in various circuit and device journals and conferences. He is author or a coauthor of over 250 publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
