For example, in smart phone, the amount of FPC is keeping increasing. The presentation introduced JSR’s HC-F polymer with low Dk/Df and good adhesion with smooth copper. The copper flatness is better, the Dk/Df is lower, the transmission loss performance is better. It also introduced some other property information of HC-F material. This material will be very helpful for FCCL makers to improve the transmission loss during the production.
