个人简介 / Biography Dr. Zheng Jiazhen is currently the Chairman of Xuzhou Xinjing Semiconductor Technology. Prior to his current position, he held several technology and management positions including the R&D Director of Chartered Semiconductor in Singapore; the COO of Huahong-NEC; the executive president of Best Solar/LDK Solar; and the executive president of GCL System Integration. Dr. Zheng received a B.Sc in Physics from Xiamen University and a Ph.D degree in 1990 in Semiconductor Physics from St.Andrews University in United Kingdom. He held over 80 patents in USA and China. |
