Dr. Bing Liu is R&D director and principle scientist in Anji Microelectronics (Shanghai) Co,. Ltd. Dr. Liu received his Ph.D. in materials science from East China University of Science and Technology in 2001. He has worked at Anji for eighteen years in functional wet chemicals development including post etch/ashing residue remover, photoresist stripper, and post Cu CMP cleaner since 2005. Before joining Anji, Dr. Liu had four years’ experience in polymer synthesis and polymer recycle. So far, he holds 158 Chinese patents granted or filed, and has published 32 research papers. |
