Dr. Xueqing Li

Xueqing Li is currently an Associate Professor in The Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, where he received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in 2007 and 2013, respectively. His research interests include mixed-signal circuit design, emerging memory and memory-oriented computing exploration. Dr. Li has over 120 publications and 20 China and U.S. patents. Dr. Li received a few best paper awards (HPCA’15, ASP-DAC’17, 2016 IEEE TMSCS, etc.), some teaching and thesis awards, and 2019 National Early-Career Award. Dr. Li also serves as TPC in a few conferences (DAC, ICCAD, ASP-DAC, NVMSA, GLSVLSI, ISCAS, AICAS, ISVLSI, CASES, COINS), and is an Associate Editor in IEEE TVLSI, and a Senior Member of IEEE. |
