Dr. Meng Li

Dr. Weimin Li is the Vice President of R&D and Chief Scientist at Shanghai Institute of IC Materials (SICM), and a professor at Shanghai Institute of Microsystems and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Science. He graduated from Tsinghua University's Department of Materials Science and Engineering in 1992, and obtained Ph.D. degree from the University of Utah in US. He worked at major IC manufacturers and IC materials supplier for over 20 years, including Micron Technology, SMIC, and Entegris. He had experienced in process and process integration development, marketing and product management, R&D management, technology strategy. He joined Shanghai Institute of Microsystems and Information Technology in 2019, and SICM in 2020. He had published 14 articles in journals and conferences, and was the inventor of over 80 issued US patents. |
