Dr. Peng Huang

Peng Huang is an Assistant Professor in the school of integrated circuit at the Peking University. He received B.S in electronic science and technology from Xidian University, China, 2010, and Ph.D. in microelectronic from Peking University in 2015. From 2015 to 2018, he was a postdoctoral search fellow at Peking University. He joined the faculty of Peking University in 2018. His research includes resistive-random access memory (RRAM), NVM-based DNN, and neuromorphic computing based on emerged devices. To date Prof. Huang has published over 100 articles. He is a holder of over 20 patents on DNN accelerator design, emerged device design and neuromorphic computing. He is a recipient of the NSFC Outstanding Youth Foundation.
