Heng Tao serves as Group Vice President and GM of CVD Product in AMEC. He has been working in semiconductor equipment industry around 20 years. During his stay in AMEC, he conducts and manages the research projects for the development of MOCVD, CVD and ALD products. He is in charge of LPCVD Products Division from 2021 up to now. He received bachelor degree from Wuhan University of Technology. He is a doctoral candidate in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He holds more than 60 patents in the field of semiconductor equipment. |
