Dr. Feng Luo，Chair Professor of College of Materials Science and Engineering, Nankai University, served as Adjunct Chair Professor at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University from 2018-2020. He is Currently serving as a member of the Science and Technology Innovation Committee of Institute of Advanced Science Facilities, Shenzhen (IASF), member of the Shanghai Light Source User Committee, and member of the Photolithography Materials and Technology Committee of Chinese Society for Imaging Science and Technology. His research directions include reliability and failure analysis of advanced process and memory device integration, nano-integrated circuit manufacturing process, new memory process and device technology.
