Prof. Xingsheng Wang is with School of Integrated Circuits at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan. He obtained Master degree in Applied Mathematics from Tsinghua University in 2007, PhD in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from University of Glasgow, UK in 2010. His research interest includes memristor based compute-in-memory chips, design technology co-optimization (DTCO) EDA methods. He authored the research papers on variability-aware DTCO in IEEE TED, EDL, SISPAD etc early starting from 2000’s, and has done the DTCO practice on 32, 22nm bulk MOSFETs and 22, 14nm FinFETs. He has published more than 100 papers and has been granted tens of patents, and several EDA prototype software. He has successfully taped out full-mask memristor compute-in-memory chips. He is leading and engaging in projects granted from NSFC and National Key Research & Development Program, enterprise commissioned projects.
