Dr. Lee has been Fellow position which is managing global strategy marketing and planning at Hitachi High-Tech since January 2022. Prior to joining Hitachi High-Tech, he held Fellow position in HVM MI, R&D MI and Advanced MI at SK hynix from 2016 to 2021. And he worked for Samsung Electronics, Ultratech, and Nanometrics before SK hynix.
Dr. Lee received a Ph.D degree in Chemistry from Korea Advanced Institute Science and Technology(KAIST), Korea in 2020. He has been SPIE Committee member since 2006 and Korea Conference on Semiconductors MI Committee member since 2010.
