讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Ma Zhen is the Business Development Manager in Edwards China Vacuum Semiconductor division. He joined Edwards Vacuum since 2011 and now is the Doctorial student of “new energy material” from USST (University of Shanghai Science and Technology). The subject of his research include: EUV lithography vacuum process, vacuum dry pump and abatement integration, energy storage material development, etc. |
