Prof. Kaichen Dong received a B.E. and a Ph.D. degree from Tsinghua University. He did postdoctoral research at the University of California, Berkeley, and then began his faculty appointment at Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School. His research interests are mainly focused on MEMS/MOEMS, smart radiative cooling, moiré photonics, phase-change materials, and AI for Science. His honor includes NSFC Early-Career Award, MIT Technology Review Top 35 Innovators Under 35 (global list), Shenzhen Pengcheng Peacock Plan, and PIERS Young Scientist Award.
