Lijie Zhang received her Ph.D. in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics from Peking University in 2011. She has a long-term interest in the research and development of advanced memory and logic technologies. She has been deeply involved in the development of FinFET technology, at both Samsung Korea and SMIC for over 12 years, and was granted more than 20 patents in process and device development. Presently, as a senior director at the Semiconductor Technology Innovation Center (Beijing) Corp, she is in charge of advanced patterning team and logic devices development team.
