Prof. He Li received the M.E. degree from Tianjin University in 2016 and the Ph.D. degree from Imperial College London in 2020. He is currently the director of the Department of Circuits and Systems of the School of Electronic Science & Engineering at Southeast University. He has been selected into the national high-level youth talent program and the youth talent support project of the China Association for Science and Technology. His research interests include Integrated circuit design (FPGA, EDA), Quantum computing (algorithms, chip architectures, EDA) and the cutting-edge applications of the above in the fields of AI, scientific computing, and the combination of medicine and engineering.
He is the secretary of the special working group of the National University Electronic Information Discipline Construction Committee of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, the deputy head of the education working group of the Fault-Tolerant Computing Specialized Committee of the China Computer Federation, and an executive member of the Quantum Computing Specialized Committee. He serves as a member of the TPC of several international top conferences such as DAC, ICCAD, ASPDAC, FCCM, FPL, FPT, and Quantum Week. He is also the publicity chair of IEEE FPT, the financial chair of IEEE ITC-Asia, the publication chair of the CCF Chip Conference, and the chair of sub-conferences of IEEE/ACM FCCM, ASAP, GLSVLSI, ASPDAC, SOCC, etc.
