Dr. Chen Wei received his Ph.D. degree from Michigan Technological University. He worked for ARM, MathWorks and China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation.
He is currently the ecological director of Alibaba DAMO Academy and in charge of the CPU technology ecosystem of Pingtouge. His main responsibilities are the technical promotion of the Xuantie chip series products and the construction of the RISC-V ecosystem. As the vice chairman of the Software Committee of the RISC-V International Foundation, Dr. Chen Wei is committed to promoting the international standardization of multiple technologies.
