Dr. Han LI received his Ph.D degree from Harvard in 2005, and is currently a Professor in the School of Integrated Circuits at Southeast University, China. Prior to that, he held multiple technical and management positions with IBM Research and Intel TMG. His research interests include chiplet integration technologies, advanced on-chip interconnects and substrate technologies, and novel thermal and mechanical analysis methods. He has published over thirty peer-reviewed journal papers and two book chapters. He received multiple awards for his contributions to Intel’s technology development.
