讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Dr. Wu, a National Distinguished Expert, received his Ph.D., master's, and bachelor's degrees from the University of Louvain, Tsinghua University, and Dalian University of Technology, respectively. He is currently the founder and CEO of Ultratrend Technologies Co. Ltd. His team developed world-first 60 mm crack-free bulk AlN single crystalline wafer with leading DUV transparency in 2019, and 3-inch bulk AlN crystals at the end of 2022. Prior to his current role, Dr. Wu held various R&D and management positions at Intel, FEMAGSoft SA (Belgium), and GCL Energy Holding Limited. With over 20 years of experience in crystal growth processes and material engineering for semiconductors, solar, and LED applications, Dr. Wu's expertise spans crystal growth equipment and hotzone design, modeling and optimization, defect engineering, and material characterization. He has been granted over 60 patents and authored one book published in Germany. Additionally, he has contributed over 100 journal and conference papers and delivered invited and plenary keynote talks at leading national and international conferences. |
