讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Dr. Ian Friel is a Chief Scientist and Business Development Manager at Element Six where he is responsible for realizing new business opportunities for industrial diamond solutions. He has spent two decades developing new industrial CVD diamond products and processes in a range of application areas, including diamond electronics, optics, thermal management, and acoustics. Ian has a PhD in Physics from Boston University, where he conducted research on GaN heterostructures for optoelectronic applications; he also holds an MBA. His work has been published in numerous journal articles, book chapters and patents. |
