Mr Liu Zhongming serves as a director at CXMT. He leads the research projects for the development of Adv structure in TD, mainly focusing on Etch Wet and CMP. His research focus is on process technology, process simulation, plasma physics and AI application in semiconductor. Prior to joining CXMT, he was responsible for Memory account manager at BEST. Prior to that, he was a senior manager of process development at Lam Research. Mr Liu received his bachelor and Mater degree in material in Wuhan University of Technology, China. He holds more than 40 patents and has published ~10 academic papers in international journals and conferences.
