Mr Zeng joined Yangtze Memory Technology Corporation (YMTC) in 2016, he currently serves as the advanced director & department manager for FEOL etch in the R&D Center. As a dry etch equipment and process expert with a special focus in the field of high aspect ratio etch, Mr Zeng has deeply involved in the dry etch process development and new equipment introduction for CMOS, Array, and Xtacking in the YMTC RD center. Prior to joining YMTC, Mr Zeng had worked for 7 years in SMIC Shanghai, and 5 years at Intel Dalian. He received his bachelor degree in Communication Engineering from Harbin Engineering University in 2003.
