个人简介 Dr. Hiroshi Kanazawa was received PhD in material engineering from Toyata Technological Institute, Nagoya in 2001. He is now Marketing Unit Leader of Power Semiconductor Project in Showa Denko K.K.. 摘要 Silicon Carbide (SiC) is strong candidate of semiconductor material for high-voltage usage such as power transmission. However, quality and testing (including defect characterization) improvement in SiC epi-wafer is still required. Through the review of latest technical update for our epi-wafer, especially for our best grade of epi [High Grade Epi], the status of our Development and Mass production of epi-wafer is presented. |
