Managed a development team totally up to 26 people and Customer engineer team up to 21 people, respectively. Performed HBT/SAW technology process development, project management, and customer engineering service. AREAS OF EXPERTISE RF electronic device technologies for wireless and fiber-optic communications components. Semiconductor process development, device characterization, device equivalent circuit model extraction, and passive components and millimeter-wave EM simulation.
